ON WHEELS
Mobile Art Therapy Sessions
Wellness on Wheels (W.O.W.) is a traveling art and healing studio
envisioned by April Fitzpatrick, artist and art therapist.
Rooted in the belief that creativity heals, W.O.W. will bring art therapy, racial healing workshops, and mental wellness education directly into communities impacted by racial trauma and health inequities.
This initiative transforms public spaces, from parks to schoolyards, into creative wellness hubs, offering access to healing experiences outside traditional healthcare systems.
While the mobile studio is currently in development, your support helps lay the foundation: funding materials, programming, and the future vehicle build-out.
Each W.O.W. session merges art therapy, neuroscience, and cultural storytelling to foster reflection and resilience.
Facilitated by April Fitzpatrick, LMHC, ATR-BC, sessions include preparation, materials, and participant documentation.
